Canadian Experience Class

The CEC program is a pass fail system. What that means is that there is no point threshold an applicant has to meet. You simply meet the minimum requirements and you are eligible for this program. However, under the Express Entry system, applicants ranked against each other and only the candidates with the best qualifications will be selected.
